This return policy is valid for purchases made after 2015-12-07. Purchases made prior to 2015-12-07, should refer to our prior policy available at this link. It does not apply to purchases of a paid subscription to the Narrative Services. For issues with returns of paid subscriptions, please consult our Terms of Service.
If you would like to return all or any Narrative Clip or accessory(s) originally purchased directly from Narrative (each, a “Product”) that are the subject of your order after delivery to you, you have the right to return your product(s) under condition that all of the following criteria are fulfilled:
We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives at your delivery address in a complete and undamaged condition. If you do not receive all of the products pursuant to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must inspect the product(s) immediately upon their arrival and notify us within three (3) days of delivery if the products arrive in a damaged or incomplete condition. If the product(s) arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us at email@example.com. The products will be deemed accepted three (3) days after delivery if you do not give such notice.
Any and all refunds that are issued under this policy or under any applicable warranty will be issued in the Narrative pricing currency of your original order.
We do not take any responsibility for any transaction costs and/or currency differences that appear on your end. Any and all costs or charges for shipping, handling, customs, taxes or gift-wrapping are non refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method registered by you with us at your time of purchase. Please allow Narrative a period of thirty (30) days after the delivery of your returned products to credit your account with a granted refund.
If you need to return the product to Narrative or a Narrative authorized reseller for any reason covered by the Limited Warranty (for US customers), domestic consumer legislation (for non-US customers) or by the Change-of-mind Returns statement above, you must follow all of the procedures below.

Subject to availability, the repaired or replacement Product will be shipped on the next business day following receipt of the defective Product. Narrative will be responsible for the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to you. Narrative reserves the right to charge you for the cost of shipping the Product back to you if you do not qualify for warranty coverage.
In the event that you need to receive the replacement Product immediately, you can request a cross shipment option when requesting a RMA. If approved by Narrative, in its sole discretion, and subject to availability, Narrative will ship a replacement Product to you on the same day the RMA is generated. You must ship and Narrative must receive the defective Product within 10 calendar days of your receipt of the replacement Product (the “Due Date”). Pack the Product securely and make sure the RMA number and your return address is visible on the outside of the packaging. Then, send it postage-paid to the address stated on your RMA Approval. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the Product back to Narrative as well as any and all risk of loss or damage to the Product while it is being shipped to Narrative. If you send your Product without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it could be returned to you unopened. Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery. You are solely responsible for purchasing and providing proof of delivery. Narrative does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery is provided. To secure your return of the defective Product, you must provide Narrative with all valid credit card information requested by Narrative. Narrative will place a 10-day hold or charge placed on your credit card equal to the current list price of the replacement Product that Narrative ships to you. In the event you do not return the defective Product to Narrative on or before the Due Date, Narrative will charge your credit card for the current list price of the replacement Product that Narrative shipped to you. By submitting a request for a cross shipment option, you agree to, and authorize, Narrative to charge your credit card in accordance with this paragraph. Once the defective Product is returned, Narrative will issue you a refund within 3 business days of Narrative’s receipt of the Product.

Products shipped to Narrative must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit.
Narrative reserves the right to, at our discretion, change this return policy. Such changes will be applicable on purchases made after the date when the policy was last updated.
